Job Junction is an employment and career services centre that offers employment services to both job seekers and employers at no cost.
Job Junction is operated by People Plus Consulting Limited and funded by the Province of Nova Scotia, Department of Labour, Skills and Immigration.
People Plus Consulting Limited (PPCL) is a privately owned and operated company based in Halifax that has specialized in delivering career and employment-related services to underemployed and unemployed job seekers, employers, and service providers for 35 years. PPCL was established in 1991 by Judy Mackay and Charlotte Hatfield with the mission to support clients in identifying and meeting their employment objectives.
In 2001, with funding from the Province of Nova Scotia’s Department of Labour and Advanced Education, PPCL formed an employment and career services centre called Job Junction Nova Scotia Works.
