What is a Nova Scotia Works School Liaison? ​

A School Liaison supports youth and their families/caregivers by creating opportunities for employment by:

  • Exploring pathways to employment, including post-secondary education and more.
  • Connecting employers and industry leaders to the school community.
  • Building relationships between school community resources, both internal and external.

Our Halifax Office is Moving! After 25 years at our Mumford Road location, our offices are packing up and moving to the Halifax Shopping Centre in May. Key dates are: May 4-15: Resource Centre at 6950 Mumford Road closed; virtual services available and May 18: we are closed for Victoria Day. May 19: New Resource Centre opens for in-person services at Suite 200, Halifax Place, Halifax Shopping Centre. We are offering the following service options: Our workshops will be delivered virtually in a webinar format. Virtual services are available May 4th-15th by calling 902-455-9675 or emailing contact@jobjunction.ca Clients with an assigned case manager may call 902-455-9675 for support.
