Negotiating the Job Offer – Webinar

This webinar focuses on when, why, and how to confidently negotiate a job offer. Talking about salary, benefits, and vacation can feel uncomfortable but it’s an important part of the hiring process.

In this interactive webinar, we’ll explore the right timing to bring up negotiation, what employers expect, and how to approach the conversation professionally without risking your offer. You’ll also learn best practices and walk through a sample negotiation script to help you feel prepared and confident.

Registration in advance is required, except for certain offsite sessions. There is no cost to attend – all Job Junction services are free. 

Hybrid Workshops offer a choice between attending in-person or virtually.

Virtual participants should join from a laptop for the best possible experience. Mobile phones and tablets are not recommended. We use MS Teams.
